Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on PDU assembly, switchboard assembly, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble PDUs and switchboards according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Conduct functional testing and quality checks on assembled units.
Handle inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials and finished products in the warehouse.
Ensure all products are packaged and prepared for shipping according to company standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.
Assist in troubleshooting assembly or operational issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.
Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow technical instructions, read schematics, and use measurement tools.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift moderate weights and work on the floor as needed.
Team player with good communication skills.
