Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Operations Associate to join our team. This role will primarily focus on PDU assembly, switchboard assembly, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble PDUs and switchboards according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Conduct functional testing and quality checks on assembled units.

  • Handle inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials and finished products in the warehouse.

  • Ensure all products are packaged and prepared for shipping according to company standards.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow.

  • Assist in troubleshooting assembly or operational issues and provide feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.

  • Previous experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse operations is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to follow technical instructions, read schematics, and use measurement tools.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to lift moderate weights and work on the floor as needed.

  • Team player with good communication skills.
